God’s Word is true and can pierce even the hardest of hearts and change lives.
Therefore, in every area of our church life we value Biblical teaching and expository preaching that informs our minds about God, ignites our hearts with the desires of God, and shapes our will to the purposes of God.

Ongoing Prayer
We desperately need God’s power for everything we do as a church. Therefore, we value, believe in, and practice prayer. Through prayer, we align our plans, hearts, and lives with God.

Authentic Community
Growing to be like Christ happens in community with other believers.
It cannot happen in isolation. True life change best happens in a context of community where people can genuinely be known and share their spiritual journey with others.

Relational Evangelism
The most effective way to reach a person for Christ is through relationship.
As we get involved in the lives of those around us and share our faith,
they will see the love and grace of Jesus in us and be drawn to Him.
While as a church we offer numerous opportunities for outreach,
we strive to impact our world one life at a time.

Creative Worship
We desire to creatively worship the awesomeness and love of God. At the heart of our worship is a commitment to be creative by integrating Scripture, music, atmosphere, images, poetry, stories, art and culture into our worship experiences.

Servant Leadership
The Shepherds, Staff, and volunteer leaders of Mosaic strive to exercise leadership as servants.
We believe leadership does not control, but provides vision and direction while equipping, empowering and releasing the people of Mosaic to serve God and one another selflessly.

Unconditional Acceptance
The grace of God is at the heart of everything we do.
We believe all people matter to God and to us! We strive to value and care for everyone as a part of our church family. We are constantly looking for ways to become more inclusive and sensitive to accepting and celebrating our diversity within the community of Christ.
